I love this recipe and so does my family. I think you'll enjoy it, too...
1/2 c. shortening
1/2 c. butter, soft
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour (may need to add more to get the right consistency)
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. oats
white chocolate chips, as many as you want
craisins, as many as you want
bake at 350 until done
(slightly golden on top, but still see some moisture in center)
