Bread Pudding

This is my Grandma Oyen's bread pudding recipe.  I love it!  It is super moist and perfectly tasty.  Add some syrup and let it melt in your mouth....
Grandma Oyen's Bread Pudding
6-8 slices of bread, cubed
2 large eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. butter
1/4 tsp salt

*heat milk and butter on stove until butter is melted
*mix other ingredients, except bread cubes
*stir in bread crumbs
*stir in milk/butter mixture
*bake in greased dish at 350 for 40-45 minutes, or until done
serve warm and enjoy
